These past 2 years has been…

These past 2 years has been in my opinion worse for air pollution than previous from Algoma Steel. It is SO bad @ times I cannot open my windows..the smell is “putrid & sickening”! It does not matter what time of day..some days it last most of day. Month or so back around 6:45-7pm for approx. 2-3 weeks it was worse. Most of this past summer could not walk outside or leave windows open!! 😡😡

@ times there is a pounding noise for hours..& a lot of loud noise..even after midnight..into the early morning.

I STRONGLY disagree with Algoma Steel getting an exemption re the 2 chemicals they are asking exemption from. So many people are coming down with different cancers..& a lot is because of the chemicals Algoma Steel is putting into our air…WHY should they be allowed to use 2 of the worse pollutants streaming into our air…ARE they more concerned with making $ than the how the future of everyone in Sault Ste Marie lives with people being diagnosed with cancer & people dying”!!! 😡😡😡
