I am a Toronto resident and taxpayer. For 50 years I have used a bicycle in this city as my main side of transport for work, shopping and recreation . Bike lanes allow me to do this safely and efficiently. Ripping them out or preventing the expansion of Toronto's bicycle network puts me at risk.
As a taxpayers, I ask that this bill be withdrawn.
