I am opposed to schedule 8 of this act. In particular, the part about minimizing public participation & not informing the public of environmentally significant activities.
Seems like it's meant to keep the private sector happy and to sneak in something sketchy. This administration has made it clear they need supervision, especially when it comes to environmental issues.
Please remove schedule 8.
