I am writing to object in the strongest possible way to the proposed exemptions from the Environmental Bill of Rights that will remove the right of Ontarians to be advised of, or to comment on, any required permits at Ontario Place, on or off site, to support the project.
Having lived in Ontario for my whole life, Ontario's natural beauty is of utmost importance to me.
This whole bill will alow for Ontario's incredible environment to be destroyed by reducing or removing the environmental protection laws we have.
The way this impacts Toronto, my chosen home, more significantly by continuing the completely unreasonable and illogical development of Ontario Place is very concerning. In the Largest City In Canada, Ontario MUST be committed to maintain and improve the quality of the natural habitat.
