As a resident for nearly 23 years I witnessed the steady decline of Wasaga beach mostly due to politics. . 20 years prior I spent my time as a pre adult loving Wasaga. The constant removal of entertainment and shopping to high parking fees even for a 10 mins dog beach visit costs 10-20$ no longer hourly offered.
The council only wants to cater to the wealthy or the retiree who can afford to live there. Hand the parks over to the Town of Wasaga Beach will bury it for a resort and cash flow.
