I live two blocks from this development and I fully support the proposed redevelopment plans.

The community needs more housing and this site has been unused for nearly 4 years. It’s a shame that CN has held up the project.

We need swift action to address the housing crisis in our community. I’m confident other implications of the project such as densification can be dealt with and will ultimately be offset by the positive economic Impacts.
