I support this MZO for two…

I support this MZO for two reasons:

1. the project has been dragged out too long, causing a lot of frustration and blaming being thrown around. Although the City of Hamilton is stuck and can't just make the project happen, people are frustrated that it was condemned only to sit, and it undermines trust in government

2. the planes that have been drawn up are ~fine~; if anything they could be more dense (the site is in a desirable, heavily populated and well serviced location close to many amenities; we are in a housing crisis and need to add new units).
