I live in Hamilton and have ridden past Jamesville housing site many times. As housing already existed there, CN Railway should have no complaints regarding housing that close to their switching yard. Hamilton needs the housing, especially the low income housing that is included in the project. The Jamesville redevelopment should have been approved years ago and already built. The MZO requested by the City of Hamilton should be approved.
