I believe the original plans should go forward.
Why cram so much into a small space then not even provide enough parking?!!
Also the affordable housing should & needs to be done 1st . The mayor is saying she’s fast tracking this because we need housing…. True but not over priced units that people in Hamilton & certainly people with low income couldn’t possibly afford. There are tons of regular condo etc being put up in the area already . Put greed aside & get people into affordable apartments 1st !!!
