A 0.04% reduction is better than no reduction. Stop calling this a Toxics Reduction Program. You are eliminating a program and not replacing it, which means we can expect toxics increases. A Federal program that is already in place does not contribute to further reductions, which should be the goal. But please do protect our right to know, because obviously you think that is more important than protecting the environment from toxic substances. How about the right to live in a clean environment? More corporate welfare. Zero leadership. No respect.
