You have not provided enough information to allow people to make informed comments. You should provide a comprehensive list of what is and is not duplicated in the federal legislation. The fact that this has not been provided makes me suspect that there are aspects of the Toxics Reduction Act that are not dealt with under federal legislation. I will not support this change until the government is transparent about the potential implications.
