I am completely supportive of and desiring that improved safe cycling possibilities be implemented in our heritage community of Almonte, Ontario. We have a strong history of promoting cycling as a recreational pursuit, having designated June as cycling month in our town over the past number of years. We have enthusiasm for finding ways of incorporating the former rail lines as cycling routes and for facilitating the connection of rural communities to the Trans Canada trail. Please support this concept.
