• It is unclear as to the extent that Part II wording may impact Council decision making. The implications of this new wording should be further discussed with respect to Council’s ability to decline from entering into agreements, such as responsibility agreements for communal servicing.

The Township is not interested in entering into responsibility agreements for communal waste services. Clarity is requested regarding the Provincial direction on municipal water and private septic. Further, the Township is interested receiving clarification on its ability to expand the settlement on municipal water and private septic.
