I have just read the proposal concerning the bait used in Ontario. What I see is a complete lack of notice to those of us who live seasonally in Ontario. I have owned a cabin and paid taxes in Ontario for 49 years. My husband and I are in Ontario at our house throughout the summer. Would we be able to use bait that we might catch at our place of summer residence? Please clarify the proposal for those who own homes in Ontario, but do not live in that house year round. Thank you.
