Good day. I am submitting my comment in hopes of getting some attention to the area in which I reside and have done so for 41 years. I am located at the most southern tip of the Oak Ridges Moraine which the boundary line is the street in front of my home. So there is a small pocket area of land that is not available for development. All around me is home building, ( hundreds of homes and townhomes), road restruction, water services, phone services being installed, etc., etc., yet I am unable to access any service due to this boundary. Along with this growth, employment areas are also designated in this area, actually directly across from my home. I am on well water, septic and propane. Internet is only 5 mg., and slow as molasses. I am not alone in this as there are other small properties along this street in the same predictament.

Any change to my area would not impede on the overall environment of the Moraine, having hundreds of acres of protection. I just want to be able to upgrade my services and allow for developement.
