I am happy with the proposal however, I would also like to see a season for these floating buildings. We are not allowed to disrupt or alter the bottom or shoreline of ponds, lakes and rivers from March 15th to July 15th of each year due to spawning and breeding beds. These units will disrupt these areas for sure as they anchor to the bottom with pylons. Could we not give them a season from July 16th to March 14th each year to use the waterways?
