There needs to be strict regulations for disposal of garbage and human waste. I can see it now all the dumping going into the water. There should be a check point when going in, a time period and a check point coming out of the water to make sure all waste has been kept. This is a sheer debacle. All human waste possibly should be contained in a locked compartment on the vessel and only qualified pumpers can unlock it and pump it off. Something, anything to stop more garbage in water.
