Communities with lakes should be able to opt out of having any floating accommodations allowed on their lakes.
There should be rules in place for noise, waste and using the floating accommodations as a dock/landing spot for other watercrafts such as jet skis.
There should be limits to the number of allowable people - number should reflect the number of beds/people that can sleep on the boat, so they don't turn into floating party boats for 7 days.
