Using the trrm " water…

Commentaire

Using the trrm " water camping" to describe "anchoring" is ludicrous.
It would be funny if the connotation was not so serious in use
"Camping," derives from the word "campus"
A flat piece of land, used for for sport, games, training rtc.
Present use of the word is described as
" Overnight stay in a tent or recreational vehicle".
Water activity ( sport, boating, etc.) Has no association with "camping".
Other than on a dock/swim platform, i have never witnessed " water camping."
Anchoring and camping have no association whatsoever.
An insult to intelligence.
Be prepared to address the term, compiled to to nullify "anchoring" at your next public meeting.
Wait til our American friends, who spend a few bucks boating in Ontario lakes hear about
";Water camping"
Hmm...
Might I suggest a minimum 100 yds from a dwelling and a focus on sound abatement by police.
Homeowners don't own the view... Or the water.
