I completely supported the initial changes as proposed by MNRF but this process has become very confusing. The comment period for the original proposal expired April 11, but it appears you have already significantly modified the original proposal before the commenting period is over. The optics of that are not good and this is creating confusion. I'm not sure exactly what is being proposed now and any changes to the original version should wait until the comment period is over. Please clarify exactly what MNFR is proposing and don't change that until we have been allowed time to consider and comment.
