The greenbelt should continue to be protected. Removing it's protection will have catastrophic consequences to vegetation and wildlife. This is unacceptable for our environment and future generations.

Keep the Greenbelt green!! Don't destroy it for highways and "development". The Greenbelt is a vital part of our environment, taking away from it will only serve to damage our home and cause ill effects on our climate.

Before any more progress takes place involving the greenbelt an investigation needs to be done. I fail to see how the selling off of a portion of this land to developers for pennies on the dollar prior to the bill passing then forecasting massive returns once developed is not fraud. Lire davantage

I am against removing and redesignating these lands. Ontario has protected these lands to protect our valuable and dwindling wetlands, woodlands, farm and watersheds. Many of these areas cannot be just swapped out for different land somewhere else. Wetlands take a considerable time to establish. Lire davantage
