Reading this proposal, some of the items are not clear on the recovery of costs and how that would apply. I can understand where it could apply to those who are current well operators who are not keeping the condition of the well in a safe condition but what about abandoned wells? Lire davantage

I do not support this proposal. The ministry already has enough power to address issues with wells. Specifically owners of private gas wells should not be subject to even more overreach by the Ministry. Lire davantage
