As a Canadian I completely oppose this proposal. It'll be devastating to our eco system and the diversity of nature that Canada is known for. This is a dangerous precedent to set for future development at the expense of our wildlife.
Without the environment and the species that rely on it, Ontario has nothing to develop! The land, water, and air should not be disregarded in the name of business and development.

Please stop land grabs from environmentally protected greenspaces. We can't get them back. This is NOT smart development. There are ways to grow without sprawl. I am so angry and dismayed at Premier Ford's willingness to give up vital environmental and farm lands for development.

I oppose Bill 5 which would remove protection of endangered and threatened species by damaging their habitat. We need to be moving in a direction of protecting the land and limiting harm. We must not continue down a path that will further damage the land and put future generations at risk.
