The length of time this parcel of land has sat empty and unused is unbelievable. I understand the rail yards concern about noise and vibration, but there are many residences in the area, and used to be an entire housing complex before it was shuttered. Lire davantage

We desperately need this to be fixed. We need this housing in our community. This dormant eye sore, that once housed so many families is now a health risk,as many junkies sleep in there and shoot up. This Hamilton project has been planned for years, and the project was going ahead until CN objected with a maybe someone in the future would complain about their shunting yard, which is blocks away and masked by being below grade.
