I oppose this proposal. The plan currently protects land for open space, agriculture, and recreation. Revocation could expose these lands to development pressure, reducing accessible green space for residents and removing farmland from production.

I am opposed to the provincial government revoking any lands from the Parkway Belt West Plan (PBWP). With the federal government announcing they want to double Canada's energy grid capacity over the next 15 years, I find this proposal to be shortsighted and without merit. Lire davantage
