This Bill seems like a step backwards, making it harder for biking infrastucter to be implemented will drastically harm the safety of those commuters, having safe infrastructure for all ways of transit is a must so that people have the ability to choose how to commute and are not forced into a car, when biking is a much cheaper alternative, the only reason i do not bike to commute more than I do is because of how unsafe it is to bike in a city. I hope this bill does not go through.
