To streamline the steps to build MORE affordable housing in Ontario and to create that housing with at lower cost and with reduced negative environmental impact and using more efficient factory pre-built building elements the Government of Ontario should form an EXPERT Group of housing designers, architects, engineers, building industry representatives, community housing representatives and environmental consultants to envision, design, develop and build "working prototype examples" of multiple types of housing that will meet the requirements of virtually ALL municipal and regional codes and specifications in the Province of Ontario. These housing designs can then be approved for construction with minimal delay since they will already conform to municipal, regional and provincial building codes and building standards.
