The length of time this parcel of land has sat empty and unused is unbelievable. I understand the rail yards concern about noise and vibration, but there are many residences in the area, and used to be an entire housing complex before it was shuttered. It's time to build much needed accessible and low income/geared to income housing in this spot, it's very much needed in Hamilton! An MZO would be the best way to break this empasse between the City and the railyard. Let's build housing!
