Please continue with the housing project. I live in the North End, and I personally am not affected by the sounds/smells from the CN Yard (and I'm about 200m away from Jamesville). It's a shame that those who were driven out of Jamesville have had to leave their home for nearly a decade, and will likely be out of this neighbourhood for more years to come. There is a housing crisis in the country. I think we can deal with a few smells.
