I am very concerned that the sale of this land will be harmful to the endangered species the piping plover. The town of Wasaga beach will not care for the land, or the plovers the way the provincial parks do. Provincial parks need to remain in control of these beaches. We cannot monetize and allow profits to encroach on protected beachfront.
