City biking needs to be encouraged to keep us seniors healthy!
I’m a senior and notice that biking helps my arthritis in the knees, maintains my mental acuity and diminishes my loneliness as it’s a good excuse to invite a friend.
Premier Ford, when can you join me on a bike ride in beautiful Ottawa and discover many hidden gems,
including a wonderful place to stop for a treat at Hogs Back Falls - my turn to treat!
