Your plan is a bad one. Reducing so many unique geograhic regions down to seven is a gross simplification of environmental protections. The Conservative government has proven time and again that at best they are dismissive of the environment and at worst actively hostile to the planet and flora and fauna that we need to live on. Stop this plan of action, it can only lead to ruin.
