This is a terrible idea. Leave the conservation authority alone. Builders, developers, lenders, realtors, and the entire, but singular, industry that benefits will survive. Nature and pre-existing basements won't.
Why does Ford care more about making money for those who don't need it, than taking care of the people who already live and pay taxes in Ontario?
I have never voted for him and will be gleeful when he no longer exists.
