This is a solid idea and should’ve been done a long time ago. We don’t need these authorities with inflated titles and pay cheques of CAO, GM, Directors, etc for an organization of 15-30 people. Or a separate finance division for each small CA. Centralizing a lot of these areas and bringing more resources and consistency is a good idea. There can still be localized support and more boots on the ground. No different than how MECP and MNRF are provincial agencies with local offices and jurisdiction. It can be done.
