With all CA's having different staffing needs and resources, how will the province find pay standards and benefit packages?
How does the province plan to fund all the rebranding of established CA's from signage, fleet, staff uniforms?
How will the province manage revenue, as some CA's bring in more revenue than others? Will CA's that bring in more revenue than others be forced to share their revenue with the CA's that ring in less?
Why not just have Conservation Ontario issue the same forms throughout the province for permitting, and mapping systems?
