If this proposal will address flooding issues in neighbourhoods from paving entire front and back yards or construction materials being dumped in ditches with no regard for the wildlife that live there I am in agreement.
It would be nice to have feedback from local authorities when items such as this are brought to their attention rather than not responding to phone calls or email.
