This is messed up. Instead of Ontario loosing its animal cruelty laws, it should focus on making them stricter and increasing punishment for individuals who break them.
If you can’t see this as animal cruelty, you are putting an individual in a restricted area so they cannot escape (torturing them) while they are attacked until their death. Animals feel pain and have emotions, this is disgusting.
