These proposed changes are cruel and inhumane.
There is no need to expand the scope of this program - it provides no value to the great good of the citizens of Ontario.
Why is there no accountability or justification for disregarding the original scope which was to phase these areas out and restrict the transfer of ownership?
Please do not allow these changes to go through.
