So this would allow municipalities re-zone without following the usual process, and approve higher buildings than allowed if builders provide "community benefits" and they would not need to consult with the public! Lire davantage

As with Bill 66, removing restrictions for planning and development will endanger head waters leading to Lake Ontario and private sources of drinking water and the removal of any of the green spaces in the Green Belt is a massive step backwards. Lire davantage
