This area is desperately needing development to provide much needed housing for Hamiltonians. The number of unhoused people in Hamilton is deplorable. This land could provide affordable housing for so many. Everyone deserves a safe place to live and have their dignity restored. Lire davantage

The present site is a EYE SORE and requires demolition. Other houses etc in the same area have complained about the condition of the site. I am lead to believe C.N. is objecting to the development of the site due to the noise. Lire davantage

Really! You actually need the public to back up an important decision to speed up construction of multi family housing project. How sad is this. Downtown Hamilton is proof enough that families and seniors need housing. Lire davantage

I support the MZO which is proposing to increase density in that site. Hamilton is in desperate need to housing, high density in areas near transit and mixed use properties supporting commercial and residential together. This is a good plan.

The city's MZO request should be considered and granted. These lands have sat unused for more than 10 years. CN's response about noise & fumes is a weak argument preventing development. The lands had been previously used for residential housing prior, and little has changed. Lire davantage
