I support the MZO to fast track the Jamesville redevelopment. It is embarrassing to me to walk by the site sitting stagnant when it has such potential for filling a huge need for affordable housing. It is unconscionable. Lire davantage

Firstly, why was the James street complex closed. If people lived there before it was closed why does it need a a soil remediation program to prepare the site for development and how much will this cost? ( Tiny homes soil remedy cost millions.) Lire davantage

I think the development is necessary and needs to move forward as soon as possible. I do not understand how CN Rail could have an issue with it considering how much development there already is in the area. What makes Jamesville so “special” that they insist on trying to block the development. Lire davantage

I would like to provide my support for the MZO of the Jamesville North redevelopment in Hamilton. It's my belief that the CN Rail objection is not in good faith as there are many houses along that rail line and several along the rail yard. Lire davantage

Please, please, use whatever fair and just means to amend legislation to make this Jamesville area into mixed - mostly affordable housing. It is such an eyesore to see people without homes sleeping on the street while this property sits vacant. Lire davantage

Please approve MZO for Hamilton Jamesville site to address critical housing needs. This was a pre-existing complex and has deteriorated due to on-going stalling by CN Rail. People need to be housed!

YES they should be able to build on this site. There has been housing in this area for decades. A lot of the existing housing is even closer to the rail yards. Let's move in a positive direction.
