The proposed changes will irreparably harm animals and habitats. If companies can start activities before approval they will cause so much damage to the environment before governing bodies can either approve or deny. Once something is in process, it is much harder to stop.

You can't put the environment at risk. Ford has already tried to get rid of the Green Belt and we don't want that. We want more nature, not for it to be bulldozed.

I strongly believe we should keep strong protections for endangered species and their habitat. Therefore I strongly oppose Bill 5. Economic growth must be achieved without causing harm to our environment,
The people do not want the Greenbelt to be sold. We want green spaces and protected habitats. The people do not want a spa at Ontario Place. We want an accessible area with a small beach and a beautiful trail and sewage not being dumped into the waterways. The people do not want Bill 5.

I strongly oppose this proposal. Prioritizing corporations over the environment is short-sighted and dangerous. Regulation and oversight is necessary, because the purpose of corporations is to make money in whatever way is the quickest and easiest - voluntary measures will never work.
