The proposed changes to the current legislation is dangerous and counterproductive. Economies cannot function if our natural world and eco-systems are destroyed. This is short sighted and counterproductive to values supposedly held by those wanting to increase jobs and boost the economy.

I am writing to object in the strongest possible way to any changes to the Endangered Species Act, 2007 that would in anyway erode protections to species in Ontario, including to their habitats, or that under estimates how they are endangered and all that we need to do to protect them.
