Bill 5 reduces protections for natural environment, endangered species, First Nations' rights and labour. I believe it will lead to a degraded environment, a more unjust society and a more unequal distribution of economic prosperity. I disagree with it.
I am very concerned over this legislation and would like further review and assessment completed before enabling it. Further clarity in the legislation is required. The best part of being in Ontario is its natural beauty and ecosystems.
