38 stories built is NOT ACCEPTABLE here. It doesn't fit into this area. It will bring too much traffic and noise too this area. It's not good for seniors who live there as well. A protest will be organized if Ontario insists on this project!

I am living in this area, in the winter, I can see the current in constructing buildings directly from my bed room and living room, now they are just 6 floors, I can not imagine what it looks like if they are 38 floors in the end. Lire davantage

this is absolutely unacceptable. It will make the area overdeveloped beyond the original plan which already had been increased once before. That will bring considerable congestion to the intersection of Woodbine Avenue and Applecreek Boulevard and the immediate roads around it. Lire davantage

the new 38 floor building is too high for seniors. If there are emergencies ,for elevator out of order, they can not go out of the building .
