I oppose putting economic growth ahead of species protection! If there is no environment, there is no economy. PROTECT EVIDENCE-BASED CONSERVATION. Don't narrow the definition of 'habitat.' Reinstate the Advisory Committee. Reverse the exclusion of aquatic species and migratory birds. Read more

I strongly disagree with rescinding this legislation that protect species at risk. Many of these species are foundstional to the environment and can not be comprimised for rammed through poorly planned extraction projects.

This is evil and unconscionable. We are in a climate crisis and rapidly losing the biodiversity we all rely on for survival. Perhaps Doug Ford doesn’t understand this, but all life is interconnected and we can’t afford to remove the few protections we have for our most vulnerable wildlife.
