I have been working with the town on the Midtown Lands for years now. They have been very active to make sure what is proposed makes sense for all residents and participants, now and into the future. Many many experienced and knowledgeable people have worked on it. Many hours spent. Read more

My comments are regarding the MZO's for the Transit-Oriented Community in the Town of Oakville: I would ask that close attention be paid to the density proposed and the effects that it will have on an already congested area. Read more

So many of our friends and neighbors have left because of poor governance and now to propose a crazy density project that no one agrees with except those making MORE money. Read more

I am a long time resident of Oakville (60 years). It is one thing to have an orderly increase in population and density, but in recent years the quality of life and character of what perhaps laughably is still the "Town of Oakville" has changed considerably for the worse. Read more

Local planning decisions should be respected. They are based on an in-depth knowledge of community needs, norms and infrastructure. They should NOT be overturned by provincial edicts.
