Though it's quite unclear how the government plans to "modernize" conservation authorities, I am concerned that these changes will result in threats to public safety. Conservation authorities protect our sourcewater, which is crucial for keeping clean drinking water.

The More Homes, More Choice 2019 Bill 108 proposes changes to 13 different Acts including the Conservation Authorities Act as Schedule 2.

We need more protection for species and business should have no ability whatsoever to inflict any damage to any ecosystem, environment, or species in any way.
