Please do not build on our green spaces and conservation areas. Suburban sprawl is not going to fix the current housing crisis . The pandemic proved how important publicly accessible green space has become for our health and well being. Read more

The environmental protections should be strengthened, not weakened. By limiting the number of concerns conservation authorities have about an application, environmental matters may be overlooked. Additionally, the environment is one of most unique features of Ontario. Read more

We're in a climate crisis, we cannot afford build over conservation areas. This proposal does not help with affordability and at the same time makes significant damage to our environment. Homes belong in towns and cities, not on top of farms, forests and wetlands.

I have significant concern over the cumulative impact that recent and proposed changes will have on the management of stormwater and flooding within communities. Municipalities are being forced to obtain a consolidated stormwater approval, removing the ministry review of developments. Read more

Bill 23 is wanton and reckless and should be repealed in its entirety. This Bill is a thinly-veiled attempt to pander to developers and land speculators under the guise of addressing the housing "supply" issue (not affordable housing). Read more

A change to the protection of people and property from natural hazards, and this party is claiming to care about us? By removing the policies set in place to protect us? This party is the most shameful and least qualified group I have ever seen. How obvious should you make your payoffs? Read more
