I strongly opposed changing Bill 5. There's a real reason why it's called ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT, it's to protect endangered species not take away, destroy and endanger them. As well as the environmental repercussions, the list too long.

After reading the Bill 5 proposal, I am not in support of the bill. It does not appear to be an actual protection for endangered species and does seem to be a way for government and developers to circumvent rules that protect areas and species that are endangered.

No land should be developed without public approval a published and transparent environmental impact statement and approval of persons closest to the property.
I OPPOSE!!! WE NEED TO PROTECT WILDLIFE AND THE ENVIRONMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT IF WE WANT A CHANCE AT OUR CHILDREN HAVING A DECENT FUTURE AHEAD OF THEM. THE WORLD IS DYING AND PASSING THIS BILL WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS EXPONENTIALLY WORSE.
I am vehemently opposed to Bill 5. Firstly, we are at the tipping point of our environmental crisis. We need to be strengthening our environmental protections, not repealing them. This is especially true in regards to protecting endangered species.
